About Pamela:  Suzy's Assistant & Appointment Co-ordinator:  Pamela’s position enables Suzy and her team to perform without the interruptions of a pager ie: from realtors requesting to see other properties,  while negotiating an offer or just being with other clients.  All calls are handled through Pamela first and immediately allocated to the right team member.  Suzy says "this is invaluable to all our clients because we are able to carry on business seamlessly and buyers anxious to view our listings are handled expediently". Pamela has been a part of our team for nearly 5 years, she is a volunteer and Vice President and Fundraiser for Greater Victoria  Animal Crusaders.    

About Jan:  Office Manager--Administrator:  Jan has been raised and educated in Victoria and is a highly effective and trustworthy individual with boundless energy and enthusiasm.  Her dedicated service and painstaking attention to detail has made her an integral part of our team for a number of years. Jan has many years of administration experience.and has always  been fascinated by the business of commerce and real estate, she is great with numbers and has an unsurpassed ability to organize.  She consistently strives to meet the highest standards, Jan is an individual who a wants to be of help, she has tremendous compassion for the sensitive situations that are at times inevitable in our clients lives they all know and feel that they are in good hands with Suzy and Jan. Jan's other interests are her family and part of that family are her two beautiful labs.  

About John: Director of Marketing and Promotions: John is an extremely creative individual whose former career includes being a licensed realtor in Toronto, Ontario. John's experience is diverse and unique particularly in the fields of promotions-marketing, audio and video marketing. The combination of his real estate sales and marketing experience assists John in identifying how to promote distinctively and effectively for Suzy Hahn. John is a film school graduate and has extensive computer editing skills. John is known for his warmth of character, a deep love for his family and an insurmountable passion for soccer. Given his interest in creative marketing and, e-promotions, he is the perfect fit to our team.
